About the event
Working with women for three decades, I have encountered seemingly universal feelings of inadequacy among women (aka imposter syndrome): “I’m not good enough,” “I’m undeserving,” “There’s something inherently wrong with me.” Women compensate for this by treating people as mirrors. They think to themselves, “I can’t just be myself. I’m not good enough the way that I am.” So, they are hard on themselves to avoid negative mirroring. Of course, all this inner bullying lowers their self-esteem even more, creating a vicious cycle. So how do you break free of this? My “Embrace Your Humanity” method teaches how to access your innate abilities and skyrocket your confidence.
