This is a highly personalized session. Instead of trying to stop the overthinking or push through self-criticism, we make sense of the patterns that developed to protect you. By understanding what’s driving the overthinking, you’ll be able to respond differently to decisions, mistakes, and uncertainty—without spiraling or beating yourself up.

Insight is only part of the work. From there, we focus on what really works. Rather than relying on overthinking as a coping strategy, you’ll learn practical, effective tools that meet the same needs—such as emotional intelligence, self-validation, and setting boundaries that feel clear and sustainable.​
Mindset Reset: 1:1 Coaching (60-Minute Sessions)
These 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions are for women who are hard on themselves and want consistent support to change how they relate to their thoughts, emotions, and decisions.

Rather than quick fixes or surface-level strategies, this work focuses on building awareness, practicing new responses, and applying what you learn in real time—between sessions, not just during them. We work with the same patterns that show up in overthinking, self-doubt, and people-pleasing, but at a pace that allows for integration and momentum.

3-Week Package
Ideal if you want focused support around a specific issue or decision, or a short reset to interrupt overthinking and regain clarity and confidence.

6-Week Package
Designed for deeper pattern change. This option allows more time to practice new tools, refine boundaries, and strengthen your ability to trust your decisions across different situations.

Mindset Collective: 8-Week Group Coaching
(60 - Minute Sessions)
This is 8 weeks of 60-minute group coaching sessions for women who are hard on themselves and don't want to stop navigating stress, self-doubt, and overthinking alone.

In a small, supportive group, you’ll learn how to understand your thinking patterns, work with your emotions, and make decisions without second-guessing yourself at every turn. Rather than trying to eliminate fear or get it “right,” the focus is on building trust in your ability to respond—especially when things feel uncertain or imperfect.

Each week combines guided teaching, reflection, and real-life application. You’ll practice emotional intelligence, self-validation, and boundary-setting in ways that feel realistic and sustainable, while learning from others who are navigating similar challenges.

Over the eight weeks, women report feeling less isolated, more grounded in their decisions, and more compassionate with themselves—without losing their standards or ambition.
